Contacting us in case of issues in the application system
It will be helpful if you write to us with the following details, especially in case of complaints like form data not getting saved or form data missing after filling, etc. To rectify the issues in the system, we need to reproduce the error, and the following data is required for the same.
- After form submission from which page this problem happens? (Note down the page heading)
- If you move to some other form page, are you able to see the form data?
- If they logout and login again, are you able to see the data?
- Is this happening while uploading a csv file? If yes, can you share the exact file with us (say, csv file for publications)
- If you logout and login again, are they able to see the data?
- Exactly at what time you think your data was complete? (including date and time so that we can try to restore the data from our database backup)
- Can you please provide a screenshot of the page which you think to appear with incomplete data?
